Our story begins here. 

 

La Vie means 'Life' in French.  The name reflects our stylists' devotion - taking care of our client's hair is one of our greatest joys in life.  The meaning also resonated because we are passionate about making our clients' lives feel special, cared for, and to walk out of our salon feeling their best. 

 

On January 22nd, 2020, we got the keys to an old West Seattle bungalow located on California Ave. It came with charm, character, and a story of its own. As the owner, raised in West Seattle, I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to have a business in this amazing community.  We set out to make each person who walked through our door feel special. Our salon's energy is welcoming, warm, cozy, and filled with positive vibes.
